Me and The Blog

Hey there! My name is Stan Sidel, and I currently live in Yekaterinburg, Russia. I’m a father of 2 kids of 1 and 7 years old (early 2020). By day I work as a software developer at  Yandex. By night I’m working on side projects, trading stocks, and balancing all of that with my family.

Last year, I started setting goals and, what’s important, trying to actually achieve them. In 2019 I aimed at publishing an app on the App Store. I made several attempts with elementary apps and finally made through with one half-baked. That way, I overcame the issue of doing something and being afraid of publishing it, out of fear of rejection or criticism.

This year my primary goal is to make something that generates some money.

I write about my trial and errors and findings on this path. Someone may find it useful for him or her in their life.

P. S. To be entirely correct, my official name is Stanislav Sidelnikov. But in English, I prefer the one mentioned in the beginning.
